  Water-based polyurethane dispersion (PUD) has emerged as a versatile and eco-friendly solution for wood topcoats, combining the robust performance of traditional solvent-based polyurethanes with the low volatile organic compound (VOC) benefits of waterborne systems.

Product Introduction

  WL-1004 is a modified high molecular weight waterborne aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, WL-1004 offer significant advantages in wood coating applications due to their excellent balance of appearance and performance. They provide high gloss, good fullness, and outstanding transparency, enhancing the natural beauty of wood surfaces. With superior hardness, flexibility, and resistance to scratches, wear, heat, and frost, polyurethane coatings ensure durable protection and long-lasting finishes. In addition, their strong adhesion to various substrates and compatibility with curing agents for two-component systems make them highly versatile and ideal for high-quality furniture and wood topcoat applications.
